Company Visit at ICA
The visit featured an engaging and inspiring presentation that offered insights into both the work of ICA-handlarnas Förbund, and Jakob's own career journey. During the presentation, Jacob shared perspectives on past, present and future challenges and opportunities facing the organization, highlighting their strategic role in strengthening the “ICA-idea”. Students also had the chance to submit questions in advance, leading to a dynamic Q&A session. This allowed for a deeper understanding of the role as CFO, the importance of organizational culture and broader financial operations.
