How to improve visitor’s experience of – a joint project by SSE and Babson students
The assignment was made to be open-ended, ambiguous, and risky since innovation efforts often resemble these conditions. The students learned from a series of company visits to leading firms in technology, design, social-impact, and financial sectors. They also were encouraged to explore to experience the best that this vibrant city offers.
At the end of the week, the student teams produced a series of thoughtful solutions that with some additional effort could be implemented and become a reality.
