Exploring Retail Loyalty with Voyado

Retail Management students in Axel Johnson Retail Club participated in an on-site visit and interactive workshop at Voyado - a customer experience platform for retail.
In this workshop students explored retail loyalty, strategies to drive repeat purchases and ways to maximize ROI from loyalty and communication systems.
Felix Kruth, Chief Product Officer at Voyado, presented insights into how retailers evolve and succeed in today’s dynamic retail environment. Charlotta Persson, Head of Customer Success, showcased examples of retailers creating exceptional customer experiences through data, technology and creativity.
Based on these insights, students were asked to choose a retailer and design customer loyalty programs. Some of the suggestions presented by the students were gamification, point systems and earn-and-burn models.
