Modern Slavery and Human Rights in Investment Decisions
This research project aims to explore the integration of human rights due diligence, with regards to modern slavery, within the banking sector and how due diligence is integrated into a bank鈥檚 investment strategies.
The purpose is to understand how financial market actors can mitigate the risks of modern slavery and what and how a bank’s due diligence practices regarding modern slavery has an indirect impact on those at risk for being exploited.
