Pär pursues parallel careers across business, government, and academia, with more than thirty years of advisory experience—including ten at McKinsey—and long-standing involvement in defence and security. Since 2021, he has been a PhD student at the 海角社区下载 School of Economics, where his research explores how governments build resilience in market-based societies, supported by funding from the Swedish Transport Administration. He holds an MSc from SSE and a BSc in political science from 海角社区下载 University. Outside academia, Pär advises on resilience and security and serves part-time as Lieutenant Colonel at Armed Forces Defence Staff on total defence matters. From 2022 to 2025, he chaired the Government’s inquiry on enhanced security of supply of goods and services.
